Q: What's included in my SOULFix Journey?

A: Each journey includes boutique-style lodging, nourishing meals, curated workshops, guided wellness practices, and intentional time for rest and reflection. We design every detail to give you both structure and spaciousness.

Q: Who are SoulFix Wellness Journeys designed for?
-
A: They’re created for women who carry much, whether in ministry, business, or life, and long for a space to exhale, restore, and reconnect with themselves. You don’t need to fit a certain “type” of leader; if your soul is calling for rest and renewal, this is for you.

Q: Do you offer installment plans, or do I have to pay in full?

A: Yes! You can secure your spot with a deposit and then spread the remaining balance across easy installments. We offer flexible payment options so you can choose what works best for you, whether that’s paying in full or making smaller payments over time.

Q: Is the deposit refundable?
-
A: Deposits are non-refundable, as they secure your place on the journey and help us finalize accommodations. However, they are transferrable at least 60 days prior to travel.

Q: Can I make payments per person if I’m attending with a friend?

A: Absolutely. Each guest reserves her spot individually with her own deposit and installment plan. If you’re booking together, both deposits are required.

Q: Do I need to arrange my own travel?

A: Yes, travel to and from the destination is your responsibility. Once you arrive, selected meals and curated experiences are thoughtfully arranged for you.

Q: Can I come alone?

A: Absolutely. Many women come solo and find deep connection with others on the journey. You’re also welcome to bring a friend or sister if you’d like to share the experience.

Q: Will I have downtime?

Yes. These journeys are not over-scheduled. You’ll have plenty of time to rest, reflect, or explore quietly at your own pace.

Q: How do payment plans work?

A: After your deposit, you can choose a flexible plan that divides the balance into manageable monthly payments. We’ll provide details after you claim your spot.

Q: What if I’m paying through an installment plan?
-
A: Payments made through our installment options are non-refundable, even if you cancel or are unable to attend. Once a payment is processed, it is considered final.

Q: What happens if I can’t attend due to illness or emergency?
-
A: We understand emergencies happen. While refunds are not issued, you may be eligible for a partial credit toward a future SoulFix experience if notification is provided at least 30 days before the retreat. Credits are granted at the discretion of the company.​​

Q: What if the retreat is canceled by the host?

A: If La Tanya D. Walker Global cancels or reschedules a retreat, registered guests will be offered:

A full credit toward a future retreat or event of equal value, or
-
An alternative date or service that best fits the client’s availability.

No cash refunds will be issued.

Q: Can I modify my payment plan after booking?

A: Once confirmed, payment schedules through Stripe, Square or any of our installments platforms cannot be altered. You must complete the payment agreement according to the original terms.

Q: Who is leading this SoulFix™ Wellness Journey?

A: Each SoulFix™ Journey is hosted by La Tanya D. Walker, a Clinical Mental Health Counselor, Leadership Coach, and Minister with more than 20 years of experience guiding women in leadership and ministry. She, along with trusted facilitators, will walk with you through curated experiences designed for both restoration and growth.

Q: Is airfare included in my investment?

A: Airfare is not included. Each guest is responsible for booking their travel to and from the destination. Once you arrive, everything else, lodging, select meals, and curated experiences, has been thoughtfully arranged for you.

Q: Is this retreat the same as counseling or therapy?
A: No. While La Tanya D. Walker is a Clinical Mental Health Counselor, SoulFix™ Wellness Journeys are not counseling or therapy sessions. They are restorative, wellness-focused experiences designed for reflection, connection, and renewal. If you are seeking clinical counseling or therapeutic services, those should be scheduled separately through her counseling practice.
