Cancellation Policy

Refund, Cancellation, & Rescheduling Policy Refunds All mentorship, coaching, and consulting programs require a minimum 6-month commitment unless otherwise specified. Refunds are not provided for payments already made, as your enrollment secures your spot and access to resources. Clients who choose to withdraw before the end of their commitment remain responsible for any outstanding payments due under their agreement. Deposits and installment payments, including those made through Affirm or other Buy Now, Pay Later providers, are non-refundable once processed. Cancellations Enrollment fees and deposits are non-refundable. Program cancellations must be submitted in writing. Clients remain responsible for payments for the remainder of the contracted term. For events, workshops, retreats, or intensives, cancellations made more than 30 days in advance may be eligible for a partial credit toward future services at the discretion of La Tanya D. Walker Global. Rescheduling (Sessions) Individual or one-to-one sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be considered a completed session and not rescheduled. Group mentoring sessions will not be rescheduled for individual absences. Clients will have access to replays or materials when available. Rescheduling (Programs & Events) If the company needs to reschedule a program, event, or session, clients will be notified as soon as possible and provided with alternative options.
