When you register, purchase, or participate in our programs, events, or digital offerings, we collect the personal information you provide—such as your name, email address, phone number, billing address, and payment details.

When you browse our site, we automatically receive your device’s Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, and operating system to optimize performance and security.

We may also collect non-identifiable data through cookies, analytics, and log files to improve functionality and user experience (see Section 9 – Cookies and Tracking).

If you consent, we may use your contact information to send marketing emails about new programs, retreat announcements, or special offers.

SECTION 2 – CONSENT

By providing personal information to complete a transaction, verify payment, register for a program, or submit an inquiry, you consent to our collection and use of that data for the specific purpose provided.

For marketing or secondary purposes, we will either request explicit consent or offer an option to opt out.

Withdraw Consent:
You may withdraw consent at any time by clicking “Unsubscribe” in emails or contacting hello@latanyadwalker.com with “Opt-Out Request” in the subject line.

SECTION 3 – DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION

We may disclose personal information if required by law or if you violate our Terms of Service.
We may share limited information with trusted service providers who assist with payment processing, analytics, or event logistics (see Section 5).

SECTION 4 – PAYMENT PROCESSING (STRIPE, SQUARE & BNPL OPTIONS)

We accept secure online payments through Stripe, Square, and approved Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) options such as Afterpay, or Klarna.

Stripe Payments

Transactions are encrypted and PCI-DSS compliant. Stripe does not store full card details beyond what’s required for payment. See Stripe’s Privacy Policy for details.

Square Payments

Square uses end-to-end encryption and PCI-DSS compliance. Card details are not stored after completion. See Square’s Privacy Policy.

Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) Services

Afterpay, Klarna may offer installment or deferred payment plans.
Each provider determines eligibility and payment schedules.
Late or missed payments may incur fees or affect eligibility.
BNPL payments are non-refundable for completed services or events per our policy.

Refund Policy

La Tanya D. Walker Global does not offer refunds for services rendered, digital products, or retreat registrations after purchase.
Once access to a program, event, or service has been granted, it is non-refundable.
Clients using BNPL options remain responsible for completing their installment payments even if they discontinue participation.

All processors comply with PCI-DSS security standards. We do not store or directly access your full payment data.

SECTION 5 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Third-party providers are used for payment processing, analytics, communications, and event operations.
They collect, use, and disclose information only as necessary to perform their contracted services.

If these providers operate outside your jurisdiction, your data may be subject to their local laws.
When leaving our site via third-party links, this policy no longer applies—please review those sites’ policies.

SECTION 6 – SECURITY MEASURES

We maintain industry-standard safeguards including:

SSL encryption for all transactions
AES-256 encryption for sensitive data
Compliance with PCI-DSS security requirements

No online transmission is 100% secure; if you suspect unauthorized use of your data, notify us immediately at hello@latanyadwalker.com.

SECTION 7 – AGE RESTRICTIONS

By using this site, you confirm you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or you have consented for any minor dependents to use this site.

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Any such data found will be deleted.

SECTION 8 – YOUR DATA RIGHTS

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or limit the use of your personal data.
