This document governs your use of our website, programs, coaching, consulting, digital products, retreats, and events, including EMERGE Wellness Coaching, The Sync System (TSS) framework, and all services operated by La Tanya D. Walker Global.

By accessing or using this Site or purchasing services, you agree to these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use this Site or our services.

1. WHO WE ARE AND WHAT THESE TERMS COVER

These Terms apply to:

  • www.latanyadwalker.com and related website pages

  • Coaching, consulting, leadership development, and EMERGE Wellness Coaching

  • The Sync System (TSS) coaching and strategic frameworks

  • Masterminds, intensives, digital products, and paid workshops

  • Online and in-person events, retreats, and learning experiences

 

Clinical counseling services through Authentic Perspectives Counseling & Coaching (APCC) follow separate clinical policies. Coaching services provided under La Tanya D. Walker Global are not therapy and do not create a therapist-client relationship.

 

2. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By using this Site or purchasing services, you confirm:

  1. You have read and agree to these Terms.

  2. You are at least 18 years old.

  3. You will comply with applicable laws.

  4. Information submitted is accurate and updated as needed.

 

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

 

3. PROGRAMS, COACHING & THE SYNC SYSTEM (TSS)

Our offerings include:

  • EMERGE Wellness Coaching

  • Coaching and leadership development using the TSS framework

  • Strategy intensives, masterminds, and consulting

  • Digital guides, courses, and virtual programs

 

These services are:

  • Educational and developmental

  • Not mental health treatment or medical care

  • Not a substitute for therapy or psychiatric services

  • Not guaranteed to produce specific outcomes

 

Clients under medical or therapeutic care should consult their licensed provider before making significant changes.

 

4. USER ACCOUNTS AND REGISTRATION

You may need an account to access certain programs.


You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current information

  • Maintain confidentiality of login details

  • Notify us of unauthorized access

 

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

 

5. PAYMENT PROCESSING & BUY NOW PAY LATER (BNPL)

We use secure third-party processors such as Stripe, Square, Affirm, Klarna, and Afterpay.

 

5.1 Card Payments

  • PCI-DSS compliant

  • We do not store full card details

  • Subject to processor terms

 

5.2 BNPL Services

BNPL providers determine:

  • Eligibility

  • Approval

  • Fees

  • Payment schedules

 

Clients remain responsible for all installment payments—even if participation ends early.

 

5.3 Refund Policy

All sales are final. This includes:

  • Coaching and consulting services

  • EMERGE Wellness Coaching

  • TSS strategy sessions

  • Digital products

  • Masterclasses and workshops

  • Retreats, intensives, and events

 

Deposits for retreats and events are non-refundable.
BNPL and installment plans must be completed per agreement.

6. CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS

Unless stated otherwise:

  • Rescheduling must follow your specific program agreement

  • Late cancellations and no-shows may forfeit the session

  • Group programs and masterminds follow a fixed schedule

 

7. PROFESSIONAL BOUNDARIES

Coaching is NOT:

  • Therapy or mental health treatment

  • Legal, financial, or medical advice

 

You are solely responsible for your decisions and outcomes.
Clinical needs must be addressed through licensed providers.

 

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials—including TSS frameworks, EMERGE materials, videos, graphics, guides, and digital products—are the property of La Tanya D. Walker Global LLC.

You may NOT:

  • Copy, reproduce, or sell content

  • Use content to create derivative programs

  • Represent any part of TSS or EMERGE as your own

 

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

 

9. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to:

  • Engage in illegal or abusive conduct

  • Interfere with website functionality

  • Use the Site for unauthorized marketing

  • Upload harmful files or infringing content

  • Attempt to copy or reverse engineer Site code

 

Violations may result in account termination.

 

10. USER CONTENT & TESTIMONIALS

By submitting testimonials, comments, or contributions, you grant us permission to use them for marketing and educational purposes unless revoked in writing. We may edit or remove content deemed inappropriate.
