CORE is a leadership intensive for women who carry significant responsibility and are starting to feel the internal cost of it.
If decision-making feels heavy, boundaries feel blurry, or leadership feels louder than it should, CORE helps you slow down, identify what’s misaligned beneath the surface, and stabilize how you lead.
This is an intentionally small, structured experience designed to disrupt unhelpful patterns, strengthen emotional regulation, and help you move forward with clarity—without burning out or overcorrecting.
